Cloud Security Alliance, Los Angeles Chapter (CSA-LA)  Terms of Service

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CSA-LA (The Company) website (the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“TOS”). If you disagree with these TOS, please do not use the Site.

  1. Use of the Site

2.1. Content: The content on this Site is for informational purposes only. CSA-LA reserves the right to modify, update, or remove content at any time without notice.

2.2. User Conduct: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the Site:

  4. Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with The Company.

4.2. Trademarks: CSA-LA’s name and logo are trademarks and may not be used without prior written consent.

CSA-LA is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify in perpetuity and hold 3 CSA-LA, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, arising from violating these TOS or using the Site.

  1. Changes to TOS

CSA-LA reserves the right to modify or update these TOS at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the TOS. Continued use of the Site after changes constitute acceptance of the modified TOS.

CSA-LA may terminate or suspend your access to the Site, without notice, for any reason.

  1. Governing Law

These TOS are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these TOS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
